A longtime entertainer at heart, Avital Ungar, founder of Edible Architecture, has spent her career thinking about how food brings people together. She's also the founder of Avital Food & Drink Experiences, where that same instinct for creating memorable, hands-on hosting moments got its start.

In 2021, Avital's team at Avital Experiences built savory gingerbread houses for their own holiday party. It was such a hit that the concept took on a life of its own, evolving into a virtual team building experience and a conference activation. A couple years later, Avital spun it off into its own company, dedicated entirely to bringing charcuterie chalets to holiday tables everywhere.

That idea landed her on ABC's Shark Tank, where she secured a deal with Lori Greiner, the "Queen of QVC.” Today, you can find Edible Architecture kits at Costco, World Market, and dozens of retailers across the country.
