We hope you're enjoying your Charcuterie Tree kit! These tips will help you create a structurally-sound, beautiful, and delicious piece of Edible Architecture.

Note: Charcuterie Trees should not be left out for long periods of time due to the perishable ingredients. If you don't plan to eat your tree after building, place it in the refrigerator to be enjoyed later.

  • Insert Pointy End

When inserting your toothpicks, be sure to insert the pointy end into cone, not the flat end.

  • Insert at 45°

When you insert your toothpicks, ensure they are at an approximate 45° angle. This will allow all of the toothpicks to to enter the interior of the cone.

  • Adding Ingredients

When you add your ingredients, be sure they touch the cone slightly, with blunt end of the toothpick sticking out.

  • Ingredient placement

If you're serving your CharcuTree, leave a small amount of the toothpick showing so guests can grab the ingredient to eat.
